Printing Requirements & Brochure Specifications
PRINTING REQUIREMENTS:
• Print all brochures to fold to a maximum of 4" x 9".
• Have your printer pack your brochures in cases approximately 10" high x 10" wide x 12 1/2" long for the protection of your brochures and for ease of handling.
• Have the printer put the quantity of brochures per case on the side of the box. This will enable us to give you an accurate inventory.
• Should your brochure contain different prices from 2009, the color should be changed or the date "2010" should appear on the brochure front to avoid any confusion.
• When designing your brochure remember that the top 1 1/2" on both sides is the prime space on a rack display brochure.
PRINTING SUGGESTIONS:
The following will help to avoid your brochure from folding over while in the racks.
• Print all brochures with the paper grain running vertical.
• 4" x 9" Brochures should be printed on a minimum of 100lb gloss cover.
• 2-Panel Brochures folded to 4" x 9" - minimum of 100lb gloss text.
• 3-Panel Brochures folded to 4" x 9" - minimum of 80lb gloss text.
• 4-Panel & Larger Brochures folded to 4" x 9" - minimum of 70lb gloss text.
